Thirty-two condos are coming to the southeast corner of Cloverlane Drive and Carpenter Road. The project, called The Enclave at Arbor Ridge, includes three buildings on 6.8 acres with 1,300 of feet frontage along Cloverlane and 300 feet on Carpenter Road. Construction is expected to begin this spring with condos priced around $250,000 per unit.

The project’s rezoning is one of several developments approved in Pittsfield Township in recent months. Two other developments north of Michigan Avenue were approved late last year and new homes will be built in the Thistle Down Farms subdivision near Moon and Bemis roads.
