Ann Arbor developers submitted an application with plans to construct 22 condominiums on the northern side of downtown Ann Arbor. The condo units would be between 1,100 – 2,300 square feet.

Plans show the condo buildings would be connected by a raised plaza. The plaza and individual decks would cover the vehicle use areas, which would be hidden from view from both Kingsley and Ashley Streets. Also included in the plans are twenty-nine parking spaces.
