For the third consecutive year Ann Arbor has been ranked one of the most generous cities in the United States for online giving by Blackbaud. The report tracked 265 cities with populations of more than 100,000 based on per capita online donations given between January 1, and December 31, 2013.
A ranking of large cities (based on per capita online giving in 2013:
1. Seattle, WA
2. Alexandria, VA
3. Atlanta, GA
4. Washington, DC
5. Cambridge, MA
6. Ann Arbor, MI
7. Arlington, VA
8. Cincinnati, OH
9. Bellevue, WA
10. San Francisco, CA
Online giving continues to grow with other studies finding that donors in the U.S. gave more online last year than ever before.
