DataFox, the lead intelligence platform for sales and research professionals, just named Ann Arbor one of the 10 Cities that are Secretly Great for Tech Grads. While cities like Silicon Valley and New York get attention for being the ultimate tech destination many other cities across the country give technology graduates a better chance to start their careers, stand out from competitors, and offer a lower cost of living.  
In order to determine which cities are best for new tech graduates, DataFox examined the networking opportunities, affordability and growth potential.

Why did Ann Arbor make the list?
The city scored above the national average in three of four categories tracked: its companies are financially stable and well-run, and the overall climate offers growth opportunities further down the road.
According to DataFox, it is a close-knit community, with well-connected management teams where residents can build the networks that are the foundation of a successful career. Additionally, Ann Arbor’s college town feel and high-powered companies set it apart as an ideal choice for new graduates.
