5 Fun Activities to Try during the 33rd Annual Huron River Day

This Sunday is the 33rd Annual Huron River Day at Gallup Park. Here are five fun ways to celebrate the Huron River with your family and friends.
1. Canoe Gallup Park with Naturalist
Enjoy a guided one-hour paddle in 2.5 mile Gallup Pond led by a naturalist. Pre-registration is required. Call 734.794.6240 to reserve your spot. Fee is $5 per person.

2. Get your child’s photo taken with a canoe at the photo booth

3. Learn to stand up paddleboard with free demos from 12-4p.m.

4. Eat. Pilar’s Tamales, Dad’s Dogs and Mity Nice shaved ice and will all be food vendors at the event.
