GEDDES HEIGHTS

Bordering the 1,000-acre Nichols Arboretum, Geddes Heights is a quaint enclave on a wooded natural area sloping down towards the Huron River. The neighborhood features a variety of luxury homes atop sizeable lots covered in mature landscaping. Many of the homes in north Geddes Heights were constructed in the 1920s and 1930s while the slopes along the river feature a number of newer custom-built homes. Geddes Heights is within walking distance of downtown Ann Arbor, providing the best of both cosmopolitan life and outdoor recreation at Nichols Arboretum.

KERRYTOWN

Situated just north of downtown, Kerrytown is a charming and vibrant neighborhood offering a unique blend of both residential and business. Centering around Kerrytown Market & Shops, Kerrytown is home to some of the city's best restaurants, one-of-a-kind shops, art galleries, bars and attractions, including the year-round Ann Arbor Farmers' Market.
