Patrick McCauley is lifelong resident of the Ann Arbor area, who grew up in Salem and Superior Townships. After graduating from University of Michigan with a BA in History, he began purchasing, restoring, and selling neglected historic houses. In 2008, he won a Rehabilitation Award from the Ann Arbor Historic District Commission for the restoration of his current residence.
Patrick has worked extensively in the community and has volunteered at the Ann Arbor Historic District Commission, Germantown Historic District Study, Cobblestone Farm and the Kempf House Museum. In 2014, he co-authored Historic Ann Arbor: An Architectural Guide, with Susan Wineberg.
