Joe Hoeflinger was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. After spending two years serving in the Peace Corp in Chile, he obtained his Teaching Certificate from the University of Michigan.

While working for the Ann Arbor Public Schools at Clague Middle School he earned his Master’s degree in middle school education from Eastern Michigan University. He is working out of the East Office – 2452 E. Stadium – and can be reached at [email protected] or 734-476-8302.
