University of Michigan Ranked One of the Most Collaborative U.S. Colleges

Explosive growth of mobile and social technologies is changing the educational experience. College students are constantly using mobile devices to communicate and collaborate. More students than ever before are selecting schools based on social media clout.
To find the most collaborative colleges, Vala Afshar of the Huffington Post, used the top 100 universities from the US News & World Reports  2013 National University Rankings. He re-ranked the schools based on their combined Klout and Kred scores – a measure of their engagements across all major social platforms.
University of Michigan came in first on the large schools list and third overall.
