Residents of Ann Arbor Participate in National Citizen Survey

Throughout September and October, the City of Ann Arbor conducted The National Citizen Survey (NCS). The survey captured the opinions of 3,000 residents of Ann Arbor.

According to the NCS Community Livability Report, “Overall quality of community life represents the natural ambience, services and amenities that make for an attractive community. More than 9 in 10 residents rate Ann Arbor as an ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ place to live. Respondents’ ratings of Ann Arbor were higher than ratings in other communities across the nation.”
The survey captured residents’ opinions on city services, amenities and their quality of life in Ann Arbor in order to determine the community’s livability.
