From 1974-1984, 2211 Devonshire was owned by W. Michael and Eileen Blumenthal. While they lived here, Mr. Blumenthal served as Secretary of the Treasury in the Carter Administration. He was also the President and CEO of Bendix International, a manufacturing and engineering company specializing in auto parts, electronics, and aerospace.
