In 1929, Ann Arbor Hills looked quite different from the way it does today. When Ransom and Lois Hawley built their new home at 2717 Kenilworth Drive there were no other houses on the street. By the next year, they had neighbors in a house built across the street and the year after that, some back yard neighbors in a house on Arlington.
Another fun fact: there is a dog shower off the back hall, an easy way to clean up your best friend after a run in the yard.
