Last weekend at Downtown Home and Garden there was a Jam contest. This Saturday, October 12, 10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. the fun continues with the Annual Pickle Contest.

The competition is fierce. The past four years have featured a large variety of flavor explosions: from grandma’s bread-and-butter pickles to pickled asparagus, traditional Indian hot pickles, and even pickled loofah! This year’s competition will be sure to delight.

If you have an entry that you would like to submit for judging it is due by Friday, October 11. Winners will receive Downtown Home & Garden gift cards.
