This Sunday, June 1, there will be two fun events for the local community to take part in – the Dexter Ann Arbor Run and the Taste of Ann Arbor.

Dexter Ann Arbor Run
If you want to run by beautiful trees, hills, and the riverbanks Dexter Ann Arbor half marathon, 10K, 5K and kids fun run is perfect for you. In its 38th year, the race continues its high quality run and walk along an eastward route of Huron River. Spend time enjoying the historical Dexter and Ann Arbor communities, the wonder of “Arbor-land”, the home of the Wolverines and an amazing race.

After you work up a sweat consider getting a bite to eat at the Taste of Ann Arbor.  This delicious annual event will take place on Main Street from 11am-5pm. It features savory samplings from more than 30 restaurants.
To try the bite-sized samples, visitors must pay with tickets. Tickets for food can be purchased at the event for $.50 each. Most dishes will be priced between 4 and 6 tickets. In addition to the food, there will be live entertainment throughout the day served up by Bank of Ann Arbor’s Sonic Lunch.
