The 76th Annual Chelsea Community Fair started yesterday, Tuesday August 20, and runs through Saturday, August 24. The fair includes the always popular demolition derby events and tractor pulls as well as livestock judging, crafts, exhibits and exhibitors, midway games, rides and much more.

Lumberjack Enterprises will be performing lumberjack shows daily as well as chainsaw carving and interactive “camps” for kids.

On Thursday, August 22, the Michigan Dynamometer Association will present a Draft Horse Pulling Competition.

At the fair there are many wonderful foods to enjoy, including the ice cream truck located just outside the “Nature’s Creation of Life” Barn.
