Collecting Winter Coats for Local Non-Profits
Over our 16-year history, Reinhart has collected more than 16,000 new and gently used winter coats. Many wonder, where do the coats go?
We contact several local agencies annually to determine their needs in terms of winter coats. This year we will be donating coats to:
- Ann Arbor Community Center
- Ann Arbor Learning Community
- Avalon Housing
- Catholic Social Services
- Crisis Residential Services
- Dawn Farm
- Emmanuel Lutheran Church
- Faith in Action
- Grandparents as Parents
- Hope Clinic
- House by the Side of the Road
- Jewish Family Services
- Michigan Ability Partners
- Michigan Department of Human Services
- Northside Community Center
- Peach Neighborhood Center
- St. Andrews Breakfast Program
- St. Louis Center
- Saline Social Services
- The Salvation Army
- Seventh Day Advent Church
- Shelter Association of Washtenaw
- Stockbridge Community Outreach
- Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor
- Washtenaw County Community Support Treatment Services
- Washtenaw Intermediate School District – The Education Project

Through the month of November, we will be collecting new and gently used winter coats at all of the Charles Reinhart Sales Offices as well as all Sunday Open Houses.
