Collecting Winter Coats for the 21st Annual Coat Drive
In no time at all, warm coats will be needed by many people who can’t afford them. Over the Coat Drive’s 20-year history, Reinhart has collected more than 19,000 new and gently used winter coats. Many wonder, where do the coats go?
We contact several local agencies annually to determine their needs in terms of winter coats. This year we will be donating coats to:
- Ann Arbor Community Center
- Ann Arbor Learning Community
- Avalon Housing
- Catholic Social Services
- Community Action Network
- Crisis Residential Services
- Dawn Farm
- Emmanuel Lutheran Church
- Faith in Action
- Foster Closet of Washtenaw County
- Grandparents as Parents
- Hope Clinic
- House by the Side of the Road
- Jewish Family Services
- Lincoln Coat Closet
- Michigan Ability Partners
- Northside Community Center
- Peace Neighborhood Center
- SafeHouse Center
- Saline Social Services
- Seventh Day Advent Church
- Salvation Army
- Shelter Association of Washtenaw
- St. Andrews Breakfast Program
- St. Louis Center
- Stockbridge Community Outreach
- Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor
- Washtenaw County Community Support Treatment Services
