Briarwood is Marking October with 'Paint the Mall Pink' and Halloween Activities

Briarwood Mall is observing National Breast Cancer Awareness month by hosting Paint the Mall Pink. This will feature community-based program featuring retailer offerings, special events and other activities that promote women’s health.

In conjunction to Paint the Mall Pink, the mall will also host its annual Boo Bash for families to enjoy the spirit of Halloween in a safe and fun environment.
October events mall-goers can look forward to include:
— Brides Against Breast Cancer: Brides Against Breast Cancer and their “Nationwide Tour of Gowns” event is 1-9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, in the Sears Court. VIP guests will have the opportunity to browse from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The event invites brides and guests to go through more than 700 discounted designer and couture wedding gowns ranging from $99 to $3,900. Brides can register for the event at www.bridesabc.org.
— Briarwood Mall’s Boo Bash: Parents looking to treat their kids to a frightfully good time are invited to Boo Bash, the mall’s annual Halloween event on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 5-6 p.m. Children are encouraged to wear costumes and trick-or-treat in a fun and safe environment. The Boo Bash will feature candy and treats from participating retailers and activities for children of all ages.
— Holiday Mail for Heroes: Briarwood Mall is partnering once again with the American Red Cross Washtenaw-Lenawee County Chapter to host Holiday Mail for Heroes in October and November.
