Arbor Brewing Company

Where: 114 East Washington Street

When the Greffs opened the doors to Arbor Brewing Company in 1995, it was the first brewpub to open in Ann Arbor and only the fifth brewpub to open in the entire state of Michigan. Today, their two locations in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti have become beloved destinations for craft beer and inspired food. The Ann Arbor brewpub offers a pub-inspired menu with everything from hand-breaded chicken fingers to smoked trout and even a vegan burger!
During their happy hour, which takes place every day but Saturday, you can enjoy 50% all draft beer.
 

Blue Tractor

Where: 207 East Washington Street
When: Monday-Friday, 3-6 p.m. & 10 p.m.-1 a.m.
BBQ and beer is a winning combination that has been tried and tested over the centuries — and the Blue Tractor team is just about as knowledgeable as you can get in both categories. On the food menu, you’ll find classic smoked meats and barbecue dishes alongside unique, world-influenced meals. On tap, you’ll find six rotating selections every day, including award-winners which have snagged numerous gold, silver and bronze medals at competitions across the nation.
On their happy hour menu, which they feature twice every weekday, you can enjoy 50% off draft beer.
 

Conor O’Neills

Where: 318 South Main Street
When: Monday-Friday, 4-7 p.m.
In Ireland, pubs are more than a place for drinking. They are a social experience, part theatre, part debating chamber, and part living room. This is the ambiance that our neighborhood Irish pub Conor O’Neills provides for Ann Arbor residents. And it really is Irish—in fact, the entire pub was designed in Ireland. As for the food, they offer a wide range of traditional Irish cuisine from shepherd’s pie to corned beef and cabbage, along with sandwiches, burgers and, of course, plenty of beer.
During their happy hour every weekday, get $1.50 off all draft beers and $1 off of any other drink.

Located underground on Ann Arbor’s Main Street, dessous is a fairly new restaurant with plenty to offer. With offerings influenced by dishes all around the world, you’ll find unique selections like Duck Confit Nachos, along with classic favorites like Wild Mushroom Spaccatelli. The food and the unique, underground destination makes this a must-try Ann Arbor dining spot!
For their happy hour, you can expect $3 beer specials, $4 well cocktail specials and $5 wine specials.
 

The Earle

Where: 121 West Washington Street

The Earle has been a downtown Ann Arbor favorite for more than 20 years. In addition to the decadent menu of French and Italian country cuisine, your experience will be heightened by live jazz five nights a week, solo piano and solo guitar performances. And don’t forget about their wine bar which features over 1,200 world-class selections.
For happy hour, enjoy 20% off all items on the Wine Bar menu as well as most beverages by the glass. They also offer a $3.75 mussel bowl special from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Wine Bar.
 

The Jolly Pumpkin Cafe & Brewery

Where: 311 South Main Street
When: Monday-Thursday, 4-6 p.m.
This famous brewery was born in Dexter in 2004 and operates pubs and tap houses in Dexter, Ann Arbor, Detroit, Traverse City, Royal Oak, Grand Rapids and Chicago. In downtown Ann Arbor, you’ll find Jolly Pumpkin Cafe & Brewery, a full-service brewpub serving lunch, dinner, brunch, late-night eats and a large kids menu that offers simple selections alongside adventurous choices (plus three delectable desserts!).

Mediterrano is the Carlyle Grill’s sister restaurant serving up flavors inspired by 14 different countries. Driven by the belief that the Mediterranean diet is inherently nutritious, they source their meats and produce from local farmers and purveyors as much as possible.
During their happy hour special on weekdays, $5 wines by the glass, $3 beers, $5 well mixed drinks and $3 snacks.
 

Raven’s Club

The Ravens Club has been offering some of the best seasonal menus in town since they opened their doors in 2011. Alongside Michigan craft beer, a list of over 150 American whiskeys and impressive craft cocktails, the dinner menu features made from scratch snacks, appetizers and dishes like Braised Pork Belly served with steamed bao buns, Beef Carpaccio & Bone Marrow, and a Chorizo-stuffed Pork Chop.
During their happy hour, which occurs every weekday, you can expect $7 cocktails, $1 off select draft beer and plenty of $4 snack plates.
 

Silvio’s Organic Ristorante & Pizzeria

Celebrating 14 years of operation in 2019, Silvio’s Organic Ristorante & Pizzeria offers handmade, authentic Italian food. How they make their signature dishes is in their name—using only the best locally sourced, fresh and organic ingredients. And in an effort to make their delicious pizza accessible to everyone, they also offer gluten-free and vegan pizza.
For happy hour, they offer any six-inch pizza or menu calzone for $9.99, along with two pints of beer or one sangria.
 

Tomukun Noodle Bar
