Buying a new home is a huge undertaking - a major life event. I remember wondering - way back – how can you walk into a home once and know that this is where you want to live? I think I kind of drove our Realtor a bit crazy. Yes. I admit that. I had spreadsheets, researched and researched the townships, utilities, you name it. That same Reinhart realtor kept trying to recruit me to do the same for others. Research, attention to detail, understanding....
Sometimes, it takes making offers on a few homes. Sometimes, it takes buying and selling a few homes. And, SOMETIMES, you walk in – and you know THIS is it.
Over the years, I’ve nurtured my love for Real Estate in several ways:
- Built 2 homes – one on land in the country, one in a development
- Bought and sold our own homes
- Bought and sold investment properties
- Managed rental properties - for the last 10 years.
- Renovated investment property
- Held Homeowner Association positions
Prior to my career in Real Estate, I worked in IT for 13 years. As an email server administrator, I managed company-wide confidential information for a Global packaging company. I worked closely with individual users from the Plant floor to the corner office. My life was data management and relationship building, problem-solving and communication. The company trusted me to handle servers for email communication for thousands of users. Employees trusted me to handle their individual needs. Not everyone has the same need level. Some are happy to manage on their own with a bit of guidance. Some need you to be there every step of the way.
When it comes to Real Estate, I will cater to you and your level of needed support. And, I will handle your data and information with the utmost care and confidentiality. I welcome the opportunity to help you find the home, investment property, or cottage that meets the needs/wants of your situation. And, maybe, just maybe gives you that “THIS is it” feeling. Thank you for taking the time to read about me. Looking forward...
