Beautiful one acre lakefront property only 45 minutes from Ann Arbor. This piece of land is unique, water on two sides of the property (200 Ft of waterfront), the closest neighbor is an acre away. Lots of privacy. Plenty of room to play volleyball, football, croquet, etc. There is a 2-story shelter which includes protection from the rain, a place to sleep, electricity and a working toilet. A great place to get away for the weekends. You may want to build a home of your own and commute to Ann Arbor or Brighton. Years ago much of this land was considered in a floodplain - you will need to check with local government on building requirements. The present owner has owned it over 40 years and flooding has never been an issue. The lake itself is a large lake, 376 Acres and part of the Michigan Center chain of 9 lakes, with access to even more water. The lake is used for boating, swimming, skiing, tubing & fishing. You will fall in love with this lovely lakefront. Being sold As Is.
