Washtenaw Literacy Needs Volunteers

Looking for a volunteer opportunity? Washtenaw Literacy provides individual and group tutoring to adults, in reading and writing skills and in English as a second language. Tutors are needed. Fall tutor training begins on October 20. Volunteer orientations are scheduled for October 9 (Nicola's Books) and October 13 (Ypsilanti District Library). Call 734-879-1320 to register, or online at www.washtenawliteracy.org. The clients on Washtenaw Literacy's list have been waiting several months for the chance to be tutored!
