First Time Buyers Eligible for $7,500 Tax Credit

As part of the Housing Stimulus Bill, Congress has created a tax credit for first time buyers who purchase a home prior to July 1, 2009.  The "refundable" credit can dramatically increase the affordability of a home for those who meet the criteria.
