Q. Can you describe the architectural style of the home?
It’s a traditional 2-story contemporary colonial, built in 1998 of stone and wood siding.
Q. What distinctive features set this home apart?
This home features a completely open first floor plan, perfect for families or entertaining. It also has a large finished bonus room over the garage, adjacent to the master suite that’s perfect for a home office, nursery or playroom. The partially finished basement with Motawi Tile wet bar also provides tons more entertaining or relaxing family space.
Q. What are the advantages of the location & neighborhood?
Hunter’s Crossing is a cul-de-sac street off the paved end of low-traffic Park Road. It’s super quiet and yet convenient to Meijer, CVS, Panera, and several banks and restaurants off Zeeb and Jackson Roads and yet still only 10-12 minutes into downtown Ann Arbor. It’s in the new Skyline High School district.
Q. Does the community have any amenities we should know about? Hunter’s Crossing doesn’t have any large common areas but the neighborhood is adjacent to The Polo Fields.
Q. What amazing views will the new homeowner be able to enjoy? The house has mature landscaping and trees and the backyard has a nice-sized deck and is fully fenced. The corner window over the kitchen sink is a repeated feature upstairs in the master suite.
Q. Can you tell us a fun fact about the home?
The house has a wonderful flow for throwing house parties or entertaining. The huge kitchen/eating area that opens into the living and dining rooms plus the access to the deck all makes for a great event space. You will really appreciate being able to see every corner of the roomy first floor from the kitchen.
