As someone raised in Washtenaw County, I’ve always felt a need to give back to the community that supported me. When I received my realtor’s license in 1995 I knew that it was in this community that I wanted to help my clients find a place where they could bring their dreams to life.
Being a longstanding member of the Washtenaw County community has been personally rewarding and beneficial to my clients. As the processes behind buying and selling a home have changed I’ve maintained close relationships with those integral to this journey; including title companies and local lenders. With their help my year-to-date volume has risen above 75 million dollars, I personally manage upwards of 45 transactions a year, and have forged a myriad of lifelong partnerships with my amazing clients.
For every client, I bring the massive resources of Charles Reinhart Company and my own hand-picked team, which includes a marketing/buying agent, client care specialist, and content writer. With these resources and my many years of experience, I am able to discern between serious buyers/sellers and prospectors, know where to find price drops and purchase incentives, and invest in creating the most advantageous buyer/seller purchase offers and sales contracts.
