I have been in the customer service arena since 2002 with careers in insurance, securities (stocks, bonds and futures), lending and residential real estate. When I became a Realtor in 2015, I’ve helped first-time home-buyers, flippers, landlords, down-sizers, up-sizers, out-of-state buyers and sellers and even out-of-country buyers and sellers. As well, I personally own nearly a dozen rentals in Chicago and am actively looking to add some Washtenaw County properties to the mix very soon.
Here are a few things that make me different from your typical agent:
- I work with buyers and sellers, no matter the budget or list price
- My listing fee is fully negotiable
- I have no limits on the number of properties I can show buyers
- Buyers will never be required to pay a commission
And best of all, I work tirelessly to ensure there’s no buyer’s or seller’s remorse. After all, I want to earn your business the next time you buy or sell.
You can buy and sell with me fully confident you’re making the best decision. This requires something most agents fail to provide: post closing support. After all, the hardest part about buying or selling is what happens after you’ve signed the documents. Coordination of cleaners, movers, transfer of utilities, transfer of all bills, enrollment with new utility companies, schools, libraries, gyms, etc., is a daunting task. Fortunately, you’ll have me to help you.
Rest assured, you will not be abandoned after the deal has closed.
Professionally, I belong to the National Association of Realtors through the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors. I am also a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource® and a Pricing Strategy Advisor® (especially helpful when financing is involved).
I live in Ypsilanti with my wife, Paula and two kids, Jack and Katie. We have a black lab named “Ypsi” and a rabbit named “Yogurt.” You’ll find me occasionally at Planet Fitness, Meijer’s (on Carpenter) and Lowe’s.
