This flexible space is the perfect getaway for meditation or quiet views of nature. Through the door enter into the upper level with 2 small bedrooms, home office space with a laundry area. A half bath is located near the south facing exterior door. The rest of the upper level includes a full bathroom, primary bedroom and hallway overlooking the living room. The lower level living room opens into the kitchen and eating area with egress to the outside eating and leisure space. The decorative fireplace is not usable, but does allow for a quaint and cozy feel. This lower level also has a large half bath with ample storage space. Out this lower level there is access to the basement storage area, hot water heater, HVAC and water softener. 12-month or more lease. All applicants must apply using RentSpree. No cats. Small dogs considered with a $50 per month pet fee. $300 cleaning fee. The pole barn is rented by a landscaping company and is not available to the cottage occupant. Renter is responsible for all utilities.
